Automatic Refill (Auto-Fill) – Our Default & Most Popular Option

Let us handle the logistics so you don't have to. With Auto-Fill, we track your fuel levels using one of two precise methods:



  • Remote Tank Sensors: If a remote sensor is attached to your fuel gauge, we schedule your deliveries in real-time based on how much gas is left in your tank and your active consumption rate.
  • Consumption History: If you don't have a sensor, our advanced scheduling tracks your historical usage patterns alongside local weather data to calculate exactly when you need a top-off.


Will-Call Delivery

Prefer to manage your own schedule? You can contact our Middletown office at any time to switch your account status to Will-Call. With this option, we do not schedule a delivery until you explicitly reach out to us.


  • Please Note: Will-Call accounts require a minimum of five business days notice to fit into our routing schedule, and there is a $200 minimum delivery requirement.


Important Note for Will-Call Customers: To protect your system, running completely out of gas requires a mandatory safety check. If you run out of fuel on a Will-Call status, a service restoration fee will apply.

  • Why is my tank gauge only reading 80% after a fresh delivery?

    Don't worry, you aren't missing fuel! Propane naturally expands as temperature rises. For your absolute safety, our delivery drivers use a specialized filling device to leave a 20% cushion of empty space in the tank, allowing the liquid fuel room to expand safely.  

  • Do I need to be home when the delivery truck arrives?

    For standard, routine deliveries, you do not need to be home. All we ask is that you keep a clear, unobstructed path to your propane tank at all times—especially during winter snowstorms. However, if your tank is completely empty, you must be home so our technician can access the residence to perform a mandatory system leak and safety test.  

  • Can I pay a flat monthly fee instead of paying per delivery?
